Interestingly now Brave is also blocking it

This looks like its based on the URL, because this entire tree actually empty, because I moved the actual tree to its new location.

This tree

downloads/CPS

only has

downloads/CPS/index.html

which now just has some text

Possibly its actively being monitored

I'll investigate setting up a Telegram group as a precaution in case someone is trying prevent people from accessing the CPS and firmware

Any suggestions will be welcomed
Quite good idea.
The only moment i need to mention, if you plan only spread CPS and firmware there is a sense to use just a channel.
Or maybe a group with disabled messages for not spending time for moderation, but create topics for each software type and announcements.

Why not host the firmware and CPS on LBRY network? There are browser download frontends, and no takedowns.

I don't know how that network operates, but there would probably simpler and more easily accessible alternatives if things got so bad that we could not host the files here

I just read something about Google now constantly scanning websites which have been reported has having malware.

According to the article on Arstechnica , scanning was originally done once per hour and this has been changed to some sort of continuous scanning, possibly related to people who use Chrome sending their usage to Google who then immediately can the site / folder etc

The CPS installer asks for a password, but I can't find where to know the password or how to request it.

Greetings,

It has been awhile since I downloaded any OpenGD CPS. The file asks for a password. Is that my user password? I tried that and won't open the installer, thanks!
