DMR does not use the callsign, it uses the ID number.
Only the new APRS function uses the callsign text

Make a new codeplug with just your callsign and an APRS frequency and an APRS config.

test it and if it doesnt work, zip the codeplug file and post it here

From the version that includes the APRS, the CPS cant connect with the radio through the COM port correctly only once. To record or another codeplug or upload satellites or even any new connection to the radio I need to restart the computer. There is also another way to upload a codeplug after the first time: disable the COM port in the control panel and enable it again. Before this problem did not occur. I could make hundreds of changes and write the codeplug as many times as needed and the CPS always connected with the RT3S. I don't use GPS enabled during Codeplug recording. I use WIN7. Any recommendations? Thanks.

This is specific to your Windows etc installation. It works fine for most people.

Hi,

now I have installed the CPS on a Laptop running Windows 7. Same situation, no APRS. The same behavior as with my Windows 10 desktops. Concerning your purposal I wrote a simple FM Codeplug with APRS. And also no APRS on 144.800. The RT3S has valid position data and time.

I just tried your CPS, and APRS TXing is working as expected.

Cheers.

Strange, nothing happens at all when you are transmitting and touch SK1 ? , or does APRS appear in the display but no AFSK packet sent ?
I presume you have monitored your TX in another receiver.

Have you tried with disabled GPS and a manually entered position ?

SK1 c'est bien le bouton haut dessus du PTT sur un DM-1701 ?
si c'est le cas, il ne se passe rien non plus chez moi.

English:
SK1 is the top button above the PTT on a DM-1701?
if so, nothing is happening to me either.
Non, c'est celui juste au dessous du PTT.

And for the ones that missed, maybe, the following detail:
You need to press and hold PTT, then quickly press and release the SK1 button. Then you can release all the buttons, the transmission will be maintained until the AX25 frame ends.

Cheers.
