Here's my list for North America based on the birds still alive from http://www.amsat.org/status/. Note that TEVEL-1 and TEVEL-8 are having problems so I don't have them in my list. Also, IO-86 is equatorial so it doesn't cover North America so I don't have it in my list either.

You have ISS-APRS in your list. Are you able to do APRS with the ISS with the OPENGD77 firmware?
