Updated OpenGD77 CPS 2023 03 12

A new version of the OpenGD77CPS is now available
downloads/CPS/Latest/OpenGD77CPSInstall ... .12.01.exe
This version has a change to the GD77/DM1801/GD77S/RD5R firmware loader, to allow the calibration screen to be added to the GD77 in the future
It also shows firmware can now be uploaded to the Retevis RT-84 becuase this radio is a rebranded version of the Baofeng DM-1701 in a slighly different case.
There are no changes to the firmware loader for the UV380/RT3S/DM1701/RT84 radios, the firmware loader change was only to GD77 type radios that use the MK22 CPU
