New CPS - June 20th 2022

There is a new version of CPS available

* This version allows channels in the Channels screen to be moved up and down
This functionality has been specifically added to allow blind operators to re-order the channels, because we were informed that blind users can't use the tree view, because its not compatible with screen readers
We are now aware that blind users can't re-order Zones, becuase the only mechanism to move zones uses the tree view, so we will need to correct this omission.
Please note.
The CPS is a hacked version of the official Radioddity GD77 CPS, and was not written from scratch by us, its core data storage is IMO badly designed and any changes are very difficult and sometimes impractical to implement
