RT3S : No Call Sign only ID [NOT A BUG]

Hi Folks,
Just flash my Retevis RT3S with latest CPS.. all good but, when I use the radio with my hotspot, the caller will be available on the display, just as ID and not by callsign as before (original firmware). Instead if caller is in the data base, then will be fine.
Why this behavior ? Perhaps something wrong on the setting..

BM sends the callsign embedded in the voice data, but other networks do not do this.

You need to install the DMR ID database into the radio using the CPS
