Import CSV - unhandled exception

"The input string is not in the correct format"
I tried to import the exported file without changes.

It looks like the function has an error if there are no DTMF contacts
I'll fix this and post an update

I guess that OK1RE use Czech Windows or Czech Regional Settings , they seems to use the same decimal and number settings that we have have in
Sweden and many other European countries.
I changed my settings and got the same exception , seems that all languages that use the same settings have problems with CSV functions.
( I made some tests earlier that I wrote about in
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2285&start=20#p22996 )

I can see and reproduce the problem. It will be fixed in the next release.
