1) Hotspot screen is not tweakable. It displays battery level as percentage.
2) The hotspot's informative screen is updated when it's only needed, battery level change is not a criteria, as in this mode the HT is not expected to have any user interaction. Also, the running code behind has priority (like MMDVMHost constant communication).
