VFO A/B switch applies when escaping Quick Menu

Observed in: D2021.03.06.01, most probably before
Device: GD77
Steps to Reproduce:
1. On VFO screen go to the Quck menu
2. Switch the VFO A/B setting
3. Press Red to escape without applying changes; the VFO is switched anyway -> bug

A similar issue is also affecting some of the settings on the Display options menu.
Pressing the red button to exit the menu will result in the setting being saved.
The settings affected are:
Order
Contact
Battery
Info
LEDs
All of the other Display options settings appear to be behaving as expected.
