Don't you have any other equipment to test with (like another hotspot, or a nearby repeater, etc ?).

Hi Daniel,

I don't have another hotspot. As stated in the original post I don't believe I've had this issue listening to local repeaters, but then again, there's not a ton of traffic for me to really properly test this. The fact that the issue can be corrected at the radio has me thinking it's more related to the radio than the hotspot at this point.

In the meantime I've gone ahead and restored the factory firmware (eeprom/flash before). So far it hasn't happened yet in about 12h of monitoring busier talkgroups. I'll update here if anything changes.

FYI - I've been unable to reproduce this bug with the stock firmware. I've also noticed switching my duplex hotspot to simplex resolves this issue with OpenGD77 as well. Is it possible the stock firmware is better at handling rx errors?
