Hello

John, VK1JT.

I got my ticket in "90" and am just getting into DMR, plus I have been doing a lot with SDR.
I'm retired and keep occupied learning new stuff and am big into SDR and it's applications.
I did a demo where I replayed the output of the local DMR repeater which I captured as an IQ file,
then re transmitting it either with my Portapack H2 or using hackrf_transfer to send it. <5mW
and picking it up onthe radio fine. It was a capture of Peter VK5DMR. Good for testing in the shack.
I run the Dr SDR facebook group for into SDR. Noobs and the well seasoned are welcome.

In the pic, I'm standing at my living room window and picking up the 23Cm beacon here in Canberra.

Located in Canberra, here is a link to my Openwebrx+ server. It has DMR amongs other things
and can support 2 independent users simultaneously. rtlsdr V4 and a rtl clone thats good too.
Once I get a powered hub, I'll add a hackrf and give users acces to the admin panel to have a live
play with it. ISM is a very interesting band. Anyway Cheers. :)

73's, John Telek
