OK.

No worries

John is still very active, and now mainly using his Retevis RT-82 , aka TYT MD-2017, now that I have released an Alpha version for that radio.

He's also just ordered a Baofeng DM-1701 to play with, as it also runs OpenGD77, and he managed to get one on AliExpress for less than $80 AU inc GST and delivery, which is an absolute bargain.
