Trying to load it onto the Retevis RT3S. I've hit a snag but trying to do this at work is not ideal because I keep getting interrupted. I will dig deeper into this tonight.

OK.

Make sure you have the correct version of STM DFU Driver

I made a video yesterday showing the installation processon on the TYT MD2017/Retevis RT-82 yesterday, which is basically the same, except for the buttons to get the radio to enter update mode

If you look at the video at around the 2 minute mark, it shows what you should see in the Windows device manager
