New to DMR, longtime Dstar. Fighting the rigidity of DMR and came across OpenGD77. Looking forward to installing it and learning.

Welcome

OpenGD77 is DMR operation for Ham Radio. Most other radios / firmware is originally designed for commerial use, hence Hams have to jump through hoops to configure and use it for our way of doing things


BTW

What DMR / OpenGD77 compatible radio do you have ?

Just installed and WOW! Now to sniff the manual and learn more. Hit it hitting analog, my hotspot and a local DMR repeater very handily!
