As we have said before the firmware is only licenced for amateur radio use.
If you load it into your radio you do so at your own risk. Doing so will invalidate any type approvals or certification.

Hi, I do not want to create a separate topic. I have a similar problem, when I try to set VFO for 145,450 in CPS (E2022.10.22.01), it automatically changes the frequency to 145,44999.

OK.

There now seems to be some rounding error happening

Try the latest version 2022 10 25

Some fixes did not seem to be in the 2022 10 22 version

Works fine for me. Someone else will need to confirm if there is still a problem when entering

145.44999

Roger, it fails for me, but only when entering the VFO frequencies. Frequencies on the Channels work OK so there must be some difference in the code.

Entering 145.450 gives 145.44999.

In practice a 10Hz error is not going to have any noticeable effect.

Colin.

Somehow not all the fixes were applied to the 2022 10 22 version installer exe

So I rebuilt the Release version exe and build a new installer from that version

Are you using the 2022 10 22 or 2022 10 25

The later version works OK for me

Hi,

I can confirm the "rounding" problem using the 2022.10.25.01 version.
There is no problem using the 2022.09.20.01.

Cheers.

Thanks Daniel

Thats very strange.

Its working fine for me, and seems to be OK for one other user

I'm surprised the older version was not rounding, as the official CPS code had a function to check whether the frequency which was entered was a multiple of 25kHz or 6.25kHz etc and would round to the nearest step
