Hi!
I'm KO4VTM, ("knocked out for vacuum tube maintenance") and I just got my ham ticket. I've been a GMRS operator for a couple years, but there's a dearth of repeaters in my vicinity, and my use case has diminished, so I finally got around to testing.
Just got my RD-5R in the mail, and fighting with my GD-77s to update the codeplug.
