Good day!
1. What version of the firmware must be loaded into the Baofeng DM1801 for the radio to switch to the HOTSPOT access point mode?
2. At what point does the HOTSPOT mode on the Baofeng DM1801 radio turn on?
3. What COM port speed should be set when connecting to Baofeng DM1801 with GD77 firmware?
I try to start hotspot mode from an Android phone using TCPUART and BlueDV programs, but nothing works, the station does not go into hotspot mode.
How to enter HOTSPOT mode on Baofeng DM1801?

Good day!
Thank you, I have read the instructions.
I still have a question, what speed of the COM port should I select in "TCPUART" for communication between "BlueDV" (Android) and DM1801?
There is no COM port speed in the description.

Hi,
Please note that TCPUART > 1.2.3 won't work, hence if you have installed from the Google Play, you NEED to downgrade, using any other APK repository (like APKPure).
Cheers.

Also be aware that we can't guarantee compatibility with all versions of BlueDV
BlueDV is not simply MMDVMHost running on Android, its a completely different application, which is outside our control, and on various times in the past changes have been made to BlueDV which stop it working with the OpenGD77 firmware.
The same applies to TCPUART
