Hello from the Pacific Northwest

Post by AI7FL » Sun Mar 28, 2021 5:09 am

Hello! My name is Lee and I'm from western Washington. Callsign AI7FL. Relatively new ham, got my extra a month and a half ago.

I'm an Anytone user primarily, I'm here to figure out what the possibilities are for getting something like this going for them. Every time I get a piece of equipment I always find gaps in the UI, or features that are missing that I'd love to see implemented. My dad was a firmware engineer so I'm pretty familiar with how it works, but I don't do code myself.

Welcome Lee

Congratulations on getting your Extra...

I've changed your username to your callsign, as its site policy
You'll need to use your callsign as your username when you next need to login

Alrighty, thanks! I didn't see that, just autofilled it with a username I commonly use on forums.

No worries

I should change the forum sign-up instructions, but the texts are not easy to re-configure
