So that blob of solder was loose inside the radio and suddenly shorted the capacitator ?

Maybe it's possible to use a flash file from some other RT3S ?

The main goal seems to restore the data structure in the original flash so that factory firmware will be happy ?

Is there a way to display DMR ID instead of Talker Alias ?

Can you clean away the voice prompts from the radio? I installed them just to test how they sounded. Now I have to disable them every time the options are reset There isn't a feature to remove voice prompts, but you could reload the DMR ID database and choose the option to use the Voice Prompts mem...

You can already save a vfo channel via the quick menu, it will also be inserted in the active zone.
