There is no support for calibration edition in the CPS for STM32 radios.
You can read/write for backup/restore purpose only.
Calibrations must be performed on the radio itself.

You haven't told us what firmware the MD-9600 is running ?
Have you installed the DFU driver (DFuse 3.0.6) ?

Okay. No idea what "KJM RADIO DFU DRIVER" is. First of all, are you sure the cable is the right one, because you have two incompatible models available, where D+/D- are reversed.
