Re: BlueDV hotspot stuttering or breaking up RX audio

I did some tests on my Android with BlueDV towards Brandmeister some years ago and I used MMDVM on the radio instead of BlueDV

Have you tried that ?

SM/LA/OZ/OH Codeplug

Hi

The popular Anytone codeplug made by SM0RUX and SM0RGM has been adopted to Opengd77.

Re: SM-land codeplug (Sweden)

I think I've fixed the lat/long values in the script now, seems like the CPS import wants dots and isn't too happy with commas. Please try again! 73 de SA0ASM What "Region Formats" do you have in Windows ? In this new version that I pulled now I must use "English (United States)" , if I use "Englis...

Re: DMR not working; analog is fine

In my last post, I noted that I heard a DMR repeater identify itself using CW. From that I guessed that the DMR part of my Retrevis was working. But that may be untrue. I did some quick research on how DMR repeaters identify themselves. It appears that the CW ID is not transmitted using DMR, but in...

Re: Odd CTSS decode issue

You need a frequency counter with some accuracy. But maybe you can get some assistance from a fellow ham. In the calibration menu there are two menus with calibration points for 145 & 435 MHz that is accessible with Sk2 + arrow down. Ah, so if I can confirm the TX is properly calibrated, I can assu...

Re: SM-land codeplug (Sweden)

Thinking a bit more about your symptoms, it seems like you have a problem with the field delimeters in your CVS files. Are you sure you aren't using commas to separate fields and also as decimal point in your frequencies? 73 de SA0ASM No, I tried to recap it now as I couldn't reproduce it on anothe...

Re: Baofeng DM-1701: diagram of the 2 speaker-mic pin

Is it something working with the mike? Speaker? PTT button? What happens if you press PTT on the radio and speak into the mike? As I wrote at the begin, still before I modified this radio to opengd77 firmware, neither PTT and loudspeaker were working. When I plug my "Shoulder Speaker Mic" into the ...

Re: Non-ascii characters garbled in CPS UI

UTF-8 in channel names seems to corrupt other data such as frequencies when doing a csv import. Can't reproduce the corrupted frequencies when importing UTF-8 coded CSV files now when I tested more today. I see that Lat/Long also was corrupted. But it was there earlier: Screenshot 2024-03-30 134111...
