hi Roger, quick update .net works ok on vista but all updates after 2020.11.08 wont install saying that they are not a valid win 32 aplication, i know they all work on win 10

I've no idea if this is even possible but downloading the latest firmware using the firmware loader saves a lot of time etc by not having to search for it, could this also be done for the CPS ?? Like have something in the about section of the cps for "check for updates" and the ability to update to ...

Hi Roger,, my freq counter is only a cheap one, resolution up to 3decimal points but checking my other stock Kenwood and icon radios it's reading the correct output, setting the gd77 to 1040 got close to the desired freq so I tried going up in increments of 10 to 1100 and no improvement, so after ab...

Further on it seems I had the UHF ref oscillator setting at 1040 to bring the operating freq exact, I will do some checking to see if my theory is correct as 1023 the freq is reading slightly low, 433.500 is down to 433.498/499, not a major problem but I'll play and see what happens with the uncheck...

Thanks for the reply Roger, my problem is now resolved, you were correct about the ref oscillator setting, on UHF mine was set to 1040 and that was out of range for the new CPS as it now has a max of 1023, I've now reduced to 1023 and all is good, just got to update the backup files so everything is...
