Check your Excel encoding, and also the CSV it generates (compare with one exported by the CPS; Excel likes to put extra quotes, etc).

Excel is not directly involved here - when I say "spreadsheet view" I mean the CPS window you get from menu "Settings" -> "Channels" in the CPS.

Hi all, Here because GM1YME and GM7RYR suggested I upgrade my GD-77 from factory firmware to OpenGD77. Day job is in electronic engineering with a sprinkling of firmware experience so I may be able to help out on development if time permits, but first I need to get to grips with the new (to me) UI! ...
