OpenGD77

I've seen a similar problem with our MTR2000 and STM32-DVM-MTR2K in Brisbane.

DMR works with a an MD9600, GD77 or RT3S running OpenGD77, but the audio is poor.

Did some testing today with my MD9600, APRS to local repeaters and the ISS. All worked well. I think removing the requirements for PTT to send the APRS packet would be a good change. Maybe only enable when an APRS channel is selected. Think some sort of automatic TX would also be a good addition. In...
