No, you just have to read the manual, manual TS override has the highest priority.
Set options-> display options -> info to both.
About power settings, master power is used, unless power per channel is defined.

Set the zone skip to these channels, this way they will be ignored while scanning (in channel mode, not VFO, of course).

This is not about voice prompts, but about beep prompts. I hope that it's okay to put that in here anyways.
