There is no support for calibration edition in the CPS for STM32 radios.
You can read/write for backup/restore purpose only.

Calibrations must be performed on the radio itself.

You haven't told us what firmware the MD-9600 is running ?
Have you installed the DFU driver (DFuse 3.0.6) ?
