Re: Should green LED and signal meter be active regardless of timeslot?
I'm new to DMR.. Lets say I'm tuned to a repeater on TS2. Should the green RX light and the signal meter be active when nothing is happening on TS2 but there is an active talkgroup on TS1? I'll hear silence on the static talkgroup I have specified on TS2 the radio, yet the LED and signal meter will...

Re: Baofeng DM-1701 no comunication pc w10.
Hello. I have purchased a Baofeng DM1701, when I connect it to my PC, which is Windows 10, it detects it as a sound device whether I turn it on in normal mode or if I turn it on in DFU mode. I have read that Windows 10 has problems when interpreting this walkie. The problem is that neither opengd77...

Re: New GD-77 / GD-77S / RD-5R / DM-1801 Beta
Hi all. I have a TYT MD9600, a MD380UV and a Baofeng DM1801 with the latest version of Opengd installed, the version with the new option "Force DMO". The three transceivers have the same behavior the first time they are powered on. When you are on a duplex channel with Force DMO option set to NO , ...

Re: Choppy DMR Receive Please Help!
Hello all! So far I am really liking opengd77 but lately I have developed an issue. I am listening to a local DMR repeater and the audio is choppy. It is persistent. The signal is strong, from s8 to s9+20 or more. I searched the forum and found a bunch of post on how to tune a hotspot but nothing mu...

Re: TYT MD-2017 Alpha 2.2
Well I do get the above behavior, and it's weird. Also changed to voltage display and I can see it drop, but if I measure with a multimeter it stays the same. Did further tests with a 7.6V external power supply strapped to the battery terminals (actual battery removed) and I get the following consu...
