There's some wrong with Chinese.xml
You can change BootScreenForm to BootItemForm, BootScreen to BootItem.
Then is works.

select setting->boot screen will an error in chinese language

i test new fm aprs func on my uv380, it work fine please confirm the aprs station can receive your transmission, otherwise the uv380 use ppt+sk1 use aprs not sk2
