Hello everyone, I've never had this problem before, but I'm unable to process the contact database after it downloads. It goes through the download phase, then processing and then shows 0 contacts can be uploaded with an empty list. This shouldn't have anything to do with drivers, firmware or cables...

It's probably not your meter. The published output power of the radio is very optimistic any only some radios manage to achieve this. In practice 30W on UHF and 40W on VHF is fairly normal.
