Re: Manual location entry for DMR Aprs
Thanks for the reply. I was thinking more, just being able to manually set the GPS Co-ordinates (my FT2D for example, has the option to Manually P-Write (position write) you co-ordinates for APRS, enabling it to be used indoors. Im not sure what In-Call APRS data is, not heard of that term, however ...

Re: DMR APRS
I have tried TA on APRS, and Both, still nothing being sent for the channel I am using
One change I have made this morning, is changed the BM Selfcare to Motorola, rather than Chinese Radio.
Im in the house at the moment with no GPS lock so I cant test it.

But may be used in the future to send APRS data. Are there any plans to allow this location to...

DMR APRS
Hi all, apologies if this has been asked before, I cannot find a reference to it on the forum, or in the UserGuide. Everything is working well on my RT-3S except DMR APRS. I have a Chinese clone MMDVM hotspot, and also a Yaesu FT-2D. When the hotspot is in YSF mode, and I use the FT2D, my position v...

Hello from South Wales
Hi All, Kev here, MW0KJN from Swansea, South Wales, UK. Currently have (among many others) an RT3S, been fiddling about, impressed with OpenGD so far. Many thanks to the developers for their work. Mainly into local 2m stuff, but also work a fair bit of HF, and also QRP / Mobile 2/70/HF as well. All ...

Re: Slow GPS on Retevis RT3S
Mine seemed quite slow yesterday, after an initial flash of the firmware.
I went for a quick walk, within a few minutes it had a lock, with a 1m accuracy reported.
Checking the reported lat / lon, it was spot on as per the map.
