Hey ! Possibly you are right. I can fix the fault you described myself. This radio is brand new, but I noticed the problem only after the firmware update to OpenGd... so I assume that the seller is not eager to take responsibility for a technical problem...

Received DM-1701 , but internal microphone is totally silent when TX. Lucky I had monophone that suits and gave positive result audio when TX. So, do you have any same kind of experience issue and resolve the problem of case ? All advice is welcome... tnx

Two details were left to guess. Do the microphone and speaker work on the remote panel?
Actually, I miss the possibility to use monophone with MD-9600.

My challenge about S/N: 2209A.. is now resolved by "New Beta version 2023 02 28" and using the next available computer.

..so, the view is after opengd77-firmware updated, not any codeplug.g77 uploaded yet. After updating my device, S/N:2209A00076 serial connection is no longer functional without DFU-mode. The only way is only back to factory firmware... I'm not sure if the GPS on/off may occupy a serial connection......
