Thanks for the info. now it works, thanks again.Here's where I went wrong: I wanted to switch it on from MENU>GPS and it always stayed off. Well now I go outdoors and see if it receives. 73 and happy new year.

Super Thanks Very nice openGD on my rt3s +GPS. Problem: I installed MD9600-CSV(2571V5)-V26.45.bin but I always have the gps off even if I rotate the upper central knob in menu>GPS. In the zip file there is also MD9600-CSV-GPS(2571V5)-V26.45.bin, should I install that? Now to redo the installation I ...
