OpenGD77

Got a 2S/1A USB C charger module. Seems to work with a USB C - USB A cable to a USB A charger but not with a USB C - USB C cable to a USB C charger. Do I need to add 5k1 resistors from CC1 and CC2 to ground or is there some other way to handle this?

If you charge two cells in series (8.4), you will not be able to power it with 5V as it is a buck converter. OK. Thanks for the feedback! Tested toward a DMR repeater 26 km away (SK6AG, Guldheden, Gothenburg). Got the correct GPS position through BM to aprs.fi! Talker Alias for GPS seems to work quite well at this lat/long! Will test with the openGD77 hotspot again next time.

Installed it right away. I am now able to run openGD77 on both my GD77 and RT3S with GPS. Excellent! Will Talker Alias for GPS work if I use OpenGD77 on the GD77 as hotspot?
