On my Toshiba Satellite Z30A laptop running Windows 10 I have always had serious problems with the Retevis/TYT CPS software. CPS is crashing almost anytime you read or write to the radio, I think its something related to the USB 3.0 (blue) ports it have. It was somewhat more stable after I installed...

Testet on my RT3S and everything is saved and the changed values is kept after power cycle, also tried the "Factory Cal:" that restores the factory setting.

The sensitivity on the GPS and it's antenna is very bad, I have not yet been able to get a fix with my RT3S. It's also doing cold start everytime as there is no battery backup of the GPS and it takes time to download almanac. I could see some satellites in the status sometimes. But my Anytone 878UV+...

Checked on my MD-9600 and depending on frequency, high power ( 40 W ) can be slightly more than 10 A in FM. Maybe such language settings are kept somewhere else in the flash and set on the factory with some other customization tool?

Have you restored the old flash backup file?

Otherwise may be you can use the flash backup from another GD 77 that had English menus.
