i have a question, if it's possible to make dwell time for slot from 2s minimum to 1 or 0,5 sec minimum. If you monitor both sloths busy, it's better to shorter the time - this option was possible in past releases, but was for to me unknow reasion changed...

Hello, if you put uv380 vs baofeng 1801 together, original antennas and enviorment, baofeong will recept weaker signals vs. uv380/390 will barely get or will be even deaf.
