So the old workaround still seems to do the trick 8-) If I remember correctly it ONLY happend on my two RD-5R (both unmodified so far). Also have i.e. GD-77 (unmodified), DM-1701, DM-1801, RT-3S, MD-9600 (...) but never saw the CC changes on any of those... It clearly depends on actual data record l...

Weird thing happen. if I set display option to display contact to 2 lines. every time the radio heard a station it will change the Color Code and stop the audio output, because the transmitting station is not on that Color code it had changed to. The special note on the GD77S in the manual is due to this device being the only one without display...

For all other supported devices the hotspot settings are here:

Menu -> Options -> General Options -> Hotspot.
