Just reloaded everything on a different PC with Windows 7. Was able to download the new firmware with no problem but STILL will not read or write to radio. Still get the same error message: "communication error". Truly out of options, Please help.

Don't think my drivers are loading. Screen says drivers extracted but the drivers loading screen just blinks and times out. Cannot read or write to radio. Get a "communication error" message when I try do either one.
