OpenGD77

I saw on rodger's bluedv open gd77 guide that said you can use bluedv to crossmode into fusion or dstar if you configure it. Has anyone done this? Can i flick on the ysf or dstar switch and transmit into the gd77 with dmr and go out over datar? Or will it pick up dstar and send that right out? If so...
