Hello to everyone,
the parrot, sometimes this can be different for some people depending on how they are accessing it..
you may want to edit that entry to suit your purposes.
in my example i use private call to 302997 as im using a service in canada network 302 and 997 to call the parrot.
press # # which will call up a personal call entry as opposed to a group entry.
so its # # then enter 302997 and press the green button as enter to confirm..
then press your PTT button and say a some words... it should come back to you.. as you sound and as you say it. (-:
best wishes.
Kenny
BTW the codeplug is supplied as something for users to work with and edit for their purposes as a starting point.
a lot of things are entered and as such are as accurate as the time i had uploaded it.
simply edit what you need or remove what you do not require.
it is more easy to remove something than it is to have to enter it.
the codeplug is a great way to explore the groups..
check out also the hoseline on brandmeister as example.. you can see at a glance what groups are active.
you can also listen with out the need for any radios and equipment via a web browser with Internet.

Re: BrandMeister DM1701 Codeplug first 1024 groups GD77
Morning Kenny wonder if you can help me out here,
I have the DMR1701 and updated to the new firmware,
I have my call sign and Digital ID on the phone,
I have installed your code plug
changed to frequency to the local DMR tower here in Toronto VE3WZW (I also swapped them around in case)
I left the DMR line blank like you had
Colour code 1 Repeater slot 1
uploaded to the radio but i keep getting a flashing red light then time out
i have tried a few other towers here as well but same results
I am very close to the repeater and have no issues on analog
I also went for a drive and tried but still no luck
this one has me pulling my hair out
I know it must be something right in front of me
thanks for your time
Gerald
