There is something wrong with your XML. The CPS crashes if I try to use it.

It looks like it a character encoding error, the file seems to be UTF-8 but has invalid characters in it.
Try dragging the file onto Chrome of Firefox and you'll see what I mean

Here is the file recoded from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 (+ LF line ending).

I wasn't sure what encoding they had intended to use/

I've committed and pushed the updated Spanish.xml and it will be in the next release.

I still need to fix the bug some machines have while uploading the codeplug.

"file" tool told me the encoding, then I recorded and checked the accents (found some ñ and so on).
