Wold like A sample codeplug US repeaters for DM-1801

Post by mjc4502 » Wed Sep 09, 2020 11:53 pm

Hello,
I'm still trying to understand how OpenGD77 software/firmware.
Would someone please post a sample codeplug with one UHF repeater and a simplex channel for a hotspot with about 6 talk groups so i could try to figure out how to program my radio.
I understand how to program DMR radios the normal way however, i'm interested in how openGD77 works with my DM-1801.
I downloaded sample codeplugs however, they are loaded with hundreds of frequencies and talk groups.
tnx

Hi,

Look here for similar questions (there is also a simple codeplug, at the end of the thread):

Thanks Daniel,
I Set up my codeplug just like the sample codeplug.DM-1801 kerchunks repeater (keys up for about 1 second, then unkeys) then the repeater locks up in transmit.
After resetting the repeater, the repeater would not recognize the radio however it does receive active talk groups.

testing using talk group 9 on Bransmeister and TGIF, time slot 1 and timeslot 2. thought that talk group was supposed to be local and not be routed through the servers.

Radio works fine with OEM firmware and codeplug.

Thanks W8VPC
