[DIY: 3D Printed] Bottom charger part for hotspot electronics

Hi,

I've designed and printed the required parts to embed the hotspot in the original charger.
It's running since yesterday night without EMI problem (250mW).

I've uploaded all the STL and FreeCAD files to Thingiverse.

hello can you please tell me if the 2 cond. are the same 104 ? or they have diffrente values. Thanks a lot

It's 10nF + 100nF. Look here, I've commented the picture.

There is also a little piece of copper tape under the RPi. No, there is no huge impact, I wanted to avoid at most is the RF from the transceiver.
Also, you can find a lot of people using some cheap Simplex MMDVM hotspot installed into aluminium case.
