I was following the instruction guide for entering a ad hoc talkgroup. EG:

Press the Hash (#) key to enter an ad hoc TalkGroup number, followed by the Green key to confirm. If the entered TG is in the Digital Contacts the name of the TG Contact will be displayed, otherwise the number will be displayed e.g. TG 98977.

But now that the QSO is over how do I exit this mode? The 1 pixel box won't disappear.

BTW. I have changed your username to just being your callsign, otherwise you are likely to get spammed as this site is bound to be scraped by all sorts of web spiders
