Looks like the calibration and test only takes around 5 seconds. No wonder the calibration isn't that accurate.

The assembly line (baofeng) looks like 2 places where the radio is calibrated, meaning they spend twice as time on calibration as one of the steps in the chain.

I see that the work is very manual, and the tests are scarce.
Just watch if it works and enough.
I think they do more tests on the toy retevis than on the double band baofeng.
