The opengd77 system comes with an “All Channels”, when I press the upper button to select the blank area(no zone name and no channel) above “All Channels”, the system will prompt "zone empty", which is correct. However, when I press the down button and select the blank area behind all the zones, the radio will lose its response and enter a state of death, and it will not even be able to shut down with knob, but can only forcibly disconnect the battery.

Is this a bug or should I have a setup error?

That's a symptom of a corrupted codeplug.
To help to fix this, export your codeplug as CSV, create a new one then import that CSV exported data.
You will have to re-enter your DMR ID, and few stuff (like themes/boot image and melody, if needed).
