Send GPS data over DMR

Hello,

I'm using an MD-UV390 with OpenGD77 on it. How do I transmit my GPS location every few minutes over DMR so it shows on aprs.fi? I was able to do this on the standard firmware. The radio would transmit my GPS location every 2 minutes to talk group 242999 on timeslot 2.

APRS beacon currently is only supported for FM APRS

SMS APRS is unlikely to ever be supported, as it seems impossible to support SMS due to patent / IP and proprietary format / protocol problems
