Great job with the new updates, Angelo! I can render a new pdf from the markdown file which reflects those changes and has a table of contents. I'll do that now and make a PR.

OK. The latest version of the .md is still on my fork. You can use the same file name as the original OpenGD77 User Guide.pdf so everything is consistent. I generated a PDF, which is on my fork, but yours would take precedence, as I am confident it would look better.

Do you have a way of fixing the issue of table of contents not displaying properly, BTW?

I will wait until Roger merges your PR then I'll work with it. And yes, I think I can easily fix the ToC not displaying.
