I'm just setting up a new radio, and have programmed in one channel with the Parrot talkgroup on my local repeater. When I transmit to the repeater, I get the private call display message back from the repeater, but there's no sound. Sound works fine in analog. I did assign the Parrot contact to a talkgroup list, not sure if I need to.
Update:
Parrot did work when connected to my hotspot with the TGIF network as the master.
