If it's about the boot sound,in the CPS, extra menu, opengd77 entry, read the codeplug, put
0,0
In the melody text entry, then flash the codeplug back.

Works fine for me.

No sounds at all, not even any startup beeps.

Works OK if I power cycle etc

Display percentage is ok, only sound is not saved.
