Frequency offset entry

Hi guys,

I'd like to ask you for adding possibility to enter frequency offset to compensate frequency shift caused by non-working calibration.

E.g. I have set-up 430.000000 MHz in radio but real frequency is 430.000270. Calibration doesn't have any effect and I have to correct/adjust frequency for each channel one-by-one manually and this effort is destroyed by read/write cycle in CPS since CPS allows enter frequency just in 12.5 khz step.

So adding this frequency offset option can solve frequency shift issue.

The calibration does have an effect.

You must be doing something wrong
